Dave Wilson – General Manager (aka The Big Cheese)

Dave is the essence of a Kiwi DIY kind of guy, having spent the last nine years in a state of constant renovation of the home he shares with his wife Lisa – and previously their two children Luke and Georgia who have since grown up and flown the nest.

 

He has a strong sales and marketing background. Prior to joining The Relocatable House Company he spent over seven years as the Business Development Manager for one of New Zealand’s leading new home building companies.

 

Dave is excited to be bringing his commercial experience into the exciting and entrepreneurial family business that is The Relocatable House Company.

 

Outside of work Dave is passionate about musical theatre (when he’s not building something around the house) and is also a keen and very patriotic follower of New Zealand sporting teams, especially the All Blacks, the Warriors and the Black Caps.

Richard Hutchinson – co-founder

Richard grew up with parents who always had at least one renovating project on the go. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University, and has worked in the banking and construction finance industry for a number of years. This was where he gained vital financial and project management experience before leaving the corporate world to exercise his entrepreneurial spirit and create The Relocatable House Co. alongside his business partner and mum, Chrissey.

 

Richard enjoys the variety of people he gets to work with and loves to see people achieving the ultimate Kiwi dream of owning their own home.

When he is not working, Richard is kept busy with family, wife Claire, daughter Honor and beloved furry family member, Brown Bear the dog.

Chrissey Hutchinson – co-founder / Sales Development Specialist

Chrissey loves renovating! Chrissey has been involved in selling, buying, renovating and consulting on property for the past 35 years. Combine this with a passion for helping people, and Chrissey is the perfect person to help you with your relocatable house goals. She has a strong desire to help empower others to create happiness and success in their own lives, too.

 

With her attention to detail and having the most beneficial skill of knowing almost everything there is to know about Council requirements, she will help you achieve your house relocation goals; and what’s more, you’ll have fun working with her!

Outside of the office, Chrissey is a busy Grandmother of 4 and loves to spend time with her husband Bill and her extended family.

Craig Brierley – Design Team Manager

Craig heads up the Design team and is based out of our Auckland office located at on The Strand in Parnell.

With a combined 35 + years of experience in the building industry, Craig’s team of Licensed Building Practitioners & qualified Architectural Designers, can help with:

Steph Dowling – Sales and Operations Support

Steph is the go-to girl when it comes to Sales and Operations enquiries of any kind. Steph oversees our website listings, and holds all the insider info on our latest houses for sale.

 

Always ready and willing to help, Steph can point you in the right direction if you have any questions about relocating houses – whether you are a client or whether you are in the process of deciding on whether relocating a house is the way to go.

 

Steph is also the glue that holds our Sales and Operations Teams together – she keeps everyone in the organisation in the know about the relocation projects on the go!

Mary takes care of the Auckland region for The Relocatable House Co. and spends her days clocking up the miles to take people through houses for sale or appraising houses for people looking to sell their house for relocation.

 

Mary has been in the House Relocation industry for a long time and knows it like the back of her hand. Her wealth of knowledge is a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers, setting them in the right direction to achieve their House Relocation goal.

Kim Wilson – BOP Sales Solutions Specialist

Kim comes to us from a Physiotherapy background but has a long history of property investing and developing.

 

After purchasing her first investment property at 23 she has been through many property journeys.

 

Having completed a house relocation project last year she brings her first hand experience to our team.

 

It is not unusual to find paint under her fingernails as she is taking on a project or two. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for property with clients of The Relocatable House Co.

Claire Hutchinson 

Claire is Richard’s wife (or maybe that should be Richard is Claire’s husband!) and has been working for The Relocatable House Co. since the company began.

 

Claire comes from a varied work background – being a Registered Nurse by trade and later completing a post graduate diploma in Marketing from Waikato University. She was fortunate enough to cut her marketing teeth at the iconic NZ juice company Charlie’s where she learned a lot about Marketing outside the square!

 

Outside of the office, Claire is a Mum to daughter Honor and writes children’s books about her crazy, beloved dog Brown Bear.

Brown Bear Hutchinson – Customer Service Rep / Office Mascot

Brown Bear the Dog is the beloved furry family member of Claire, Richard and Honor Hutchinson.

 

He enjoys walks on the beach, eating bones, chasing rabbits and playing golf!

 

There is never a dull moment in Brown Bear’s world where he is the star of his own children’s book – ‘An Adventure with Brown Bear the Dog.’

 

Everyone in the office is Brown Bear’s best friend when lunchtime rolls around, and after all the lunchtime excitement he can be found snoozing under a desk dreaming of the beach, chasing rabbits and playing golf.

 

If you are ever in the office it is certain you will be met with a bit of fan-fare from Brown Bear! Let’s just say you’ll be subjected to a ‘lab test’! Boom! #dadjokes
